Addressing Myths & Stereotypes Regarding People Living with HIV

“Be Real. Be Ready.” is a comprehensive relationship and sexuality curriculum for high school students. The full curriculum is made up of 26 lessons. Educators are welcome to select which lessons best serve the needs of their students.

Lesson 21’s Objective:

1. Students will be able to identify myths and stereotypes regarding people living with HIV. 
2. Students will increase their understanding, respect, and compassion for people living with HIV.
