Being “healthy” is unique to every individual. It can vary over time and depends upon your particular body and life circumstances. There is no “one size fits all” formula for health.

This resource shares seven tips about health and how young people can make positive decisions to maintain their physical and mental health.

All of our youth resources serve as handouts with pages of information and tips.  Note that parents/caregivers and providers are welcome to review our youth resources to facilitate conversations with youth and the adults in their lives.

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.
