A healthy weight means that you feel healthy - body and mind. At a healthy weight, you’re physically active, can participate in sports, and help your family around the house. This resource talks more about why being a healthy weight is important and how to get there.

All of our youth resources serve as handouts with pages of information and tips. We are actively in the process of updating our resources. Note that parents/caregivers and providers are welcome to review our youth resources to facilitate conversations with youth and the adults in their lives.
